Chef Erwan Houssin and his wife Pamela Houssin, Pastry Chef, welcome you in their unique place to discover a delicate and refined cuisine.

Both of them have worked in Franck Putelat’s kitchens, and in 2010 they created their first establishment, Le Diapason, which was soon awarded by a Michelin star.
